Don’t be afraid to be fat. It’s not bad. If you could accept what god given to you?. You will feel that your body is amazing. But you have do some advice:

  1. Do exercise like walking,running or biking
  2. Aware with your food. don’ t eat more fat, or collesterol
  3. Aware with your emotion. Not only angry but you must always calm down and relax
  4. Prepare your vacation, maybe ones a week or a month
  5. If you want you can follow diet program like: Medifast or etc
  6. Meet your physician, it’s good if Nutritionist to consult about your body.

So, if you do my advice, it’s not bad to be fat.
