SWOT analysis is one of the analytical techniques to examine the health center in an environment as a whole. In general vision of the health center  is Creating service Prima and His mission is to provide quality health services and affordable for all levels of society on the working area of Puskesmas.
To assess an organization needs to do the analysis by looking at the internal factors (which arises from the clinic), external (existing or coming from outside the clinic).

SWOT analysis:

1. Strengths (Strength):
• financial resources are adequate.
• Human resources with a skill
• Infrastructure is fairly comprehensive health centers
• Total membership of a large
• Having programs basic health centers that have been going well


2. Weaknesses (Weakness)
• Not having the direction of planning a clear strategy
• Use of facility administration inadequate
• The level of discipline employees who are still low.
